La Vielle Ferme du Monteil was abandoned as a farm about 50 years ago but has been loving renovated to create a beautiful, luxurious and relaxing holiday home offering a unique holiday experience for all.
It is the perfect place for friends and family to spend their holiday together and we are sure you will fall in love with it the way we have.
 
The large lounge with it's original 'Charentaise' fireplace, oak beams, exposed stone and comfortable sofas  is a quiet, relaxed room in which to enjoy a glass of wine or read in front of a roaring fire during a winter break.
 Sliding doors lead  to the large, bright  kitchen\dining room  with range cooker,  American fridge \freezer with wine chiller, dishwasher and coffee machine.

The dining area in front of the  patio doors opens directly onto the large terrace with gas BBQ and tables and chairs.
 The raised, covered seating terrace has wonderful views over the pool and beyond. Watch the amazing sunsets and and the wildlife in the fields. You will really feel as if you are on holiday now!
A second lounge, off the kitchen, with satellite television, WIFI, DVD player, books and games for all is ideal for children of all ages.
 The house sleeps 8 people in 4 bright and spacious bedrooms, 2 with en suite facilities and 2 sharing the large family bathroom with bath and separate shower.
 The master bedroom has fabulous views from the balcony where you can take breakfast or watch the family splashing in the pool below.
  The second double, en suite room is on the ground floor  and has lovely views over our carp pond,  beautifully shaded by weeping willows and tall slender poplar trees. 

The two twin bedded rooms both have lots of character and retain many original features.
