We have put together a small selection of activities that this beautiful region has to offer. There are many more and if you have a special interest please let us know and we will do our best to find it for you.
Why not combine your holiday with some golf.The stunning golf course 'Golf du Petit Chêne' is just ten minutes away and with two more courses within 30minutes of the house you are spoilt for choice. 

Fishing is very popular in this region and with our own pond filled with approximately 100 carp you are welcome to fish there.
If you prefer something  a little larger then there are plenty of lakes  within  30miutes of  the property.
If  you prefer something more adventurous then  a fantastic new  karting centre has just opened on the outskirts of Niort, 15kms away.
The Base de Loisirs de Lambon has a small train to take you around the lake, a tree climbing adventure park and many more activities to keep the family occupied for hours.

We have a selection of garden games including badminton, swingball, volley ball, pétanque and table tennis while the tennis court in Augé  is a five minute walk away.
There is also horse riding at Cherveau, 5minutes away. St. Maixent L'ecole just 7km away has some  beautiful forest walks at Puits d'Enfer.              
Shops, bars, restaurants and Saturday market can all be found in St. Maixent.
